Non-Domestic Fee Guide

Fees will vary depending upon the layout, size and lettable areas as well as associated building services. As a guide our typical fees for simple design and laid out buildings is as follows:

For a newly constructed shell and core unit  £90 per EPC including all fees

For a new constructed fitted out office (1000ftsq)  £250 per unit EPC inc all fees

Existing retail space EPC renewal (1000ftsq)  £180 per unit EPC inc all fees.

Domestic Properties

Fee guide

For a single simple domestic 3-4 bedroom property is £95.00  including fees.

For more complex dwellings, we can advise of the fee but remember a bigger property is not necessarily more complex. It relates more to the over-all shape and exposed elements than physical size.

Developments

We are also happy to discuss a scaled fee based upon multiple domestic properties. This is dependent upon numbers of dwelling designs and the numbers of each design type.  Feel free to contact us to discuss your single dwelling or development.
